These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Style Lab Virtual Try-On application ("the App", "the Service") provided by Style Lab.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service description

Style Lab Virtual Try-On is a Shopify app that lets shoppers virtually try on garments using artificial intelligence.

3. Account and registration

• You must have a valid Shopify account to use the App
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. Free trial and subscription

• Free plan with 50 generations per month
• Paid plans: Starter ($19/mo), Growth ($49/mo), Scale ($149/mo)
• Billing handled by Shopify, on a monthly cycle
• Cancel anytime from your Shopify dashboard
• No refunds for the current billing period

5. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Not disrupt or damage the Service
• Respect intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its source code, design, logos, and content — is the exclusive property of Style Lab. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Style Lab is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Service availability

We strive to provide continuous Service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or force majeure events.

9. Service changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify dashboard. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
